Chocolate Molten Lava Cupcakes

This gooey chocolate mug cake will have you melting from the taste.

Time Needed:5 minutes

Ingredients:

Dark chocolate (4 oz., cubes)

Coconut oil(3 tablespoons)

Eggs(1)

Honey(2 tablespoons)

Vanilla extract(1/2 teaspoon)

Salt(1/16 tsp.)

Almond flour(4 tablespoons)

Cocoa powder(2 tbsp.)

Milk(3 tbsp.)

Directions:

1.In a coffee mug, combine all your dry powder Ingredients, and mix well using a for.

2.Next, add your egg, and liquids, directly to dry Ingredients.

3.Mix well, then drop your chocolate cubes in the center of your mixture.

4.Microwave on high for 2½ minutes.Cool slightly(about 2 minutes).

5.Serve and enjoy.
